Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or replacement.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.

Late or lost refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Discounted items

Only items at regular price will be refunded. Discounted items are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
